A little Bit about us and our BBQ! There are many interpretations of the term "barbecue." Some use it to describe a social gathering and grilling outdoors. At Back Alley, we use the term to describe our meat; slow-cooked, using Oak and Hickory wood smoke for the perfect flavor. It's the smoke from the burning wood that gives barbecue its unique flavor. In addition to our slow smoked meats, check out our fresh steaks, grilled to order nightly. Try them with our homemade soups, salads, sides and desserts. Daily Specials!!
