Dark Island Trail in Central City

8 mile long trail that begins close to Central City, Nebraska and extends 1 mile south of Marquette, Nebraska. This trail is owned by Platte Peer Group. It is open to the public. This a great trail for biking, running or walking. Bikes can be rented by the Merrick County Youth Council in Central City by the Widman Cinema.
