The pond at Champion Mill is good for splashing in the water and some fishing (a good place for the little ones to learn. The pond and park are accessible all year round. There are 6 campsites with electrical hook-ups, cost of $12.00 a night and tent camping is free. The mill is open from Memorial day weekend until Labor Day weekend on the weekends Sat - Sun 1 to 4 and most other days by appointment.
