The International Quilt Museum's mission is to build a global collection and audience that celebrate the cultural and artistic significance of quilts. The museum has the world's largest publicly held quilt collection, dating from the early 1700s to present and representing more than 60 countries. Open year-round, Tue-Sat, 10am-4pm. Closed Sun-Mon. Free docent-guided tours Tue- Fri, 11am; Sat, 11am & 1pm. Customized group tours available. Admission: $8 adults, $6 (seniors 65+), $4 children ages 5-18, Free for children under 5 and UNL students, faculty and staff.
