Kimmel Orchard & Vineyard Educational Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 Public Charity. 2025 marks the orchard's 100-year anniversary. Kimmel Orchard's Apple Barn is a destination for fresh, locally grown fruit, fresh baked goods, and a variety of sauces, dressings, jams, jellies, and other unique canned or packaged products. Open seasonally from April through November. Each season brings opportunities for families to create memories at fruit festivals and other celebrations. The fruit season begins with strawberries and cherries in June, peaches in July, Asian and Bartlett pears in August, and over 17 varieties of apples from August to October, ending the fall season with pumpkins. There are many opportunities to enjoy picking farm fresh fruit, experience a slice of country life, and enjoy a day of wholesome family fun. Enjoy a wine tasting in the Apple Barn and find your favorite Kimmel fruit wine, red wine, or white wine.
