Piedmontese Beef: It’s What’s For Dinner!

They offer Scottish Highlander, 100% full-blood Japanese grade Wagyu, Piedmontese beef, Black Angus, Nebraska Bison, Elk, lamb, pork, Plum Creek chicken (featured in many of Omaha’s and Lincoln’s top restaurants) and other farm-fresh products. The owners visit all the farms to ensure quality and they even have “Farmer days” where you can go to the market and meet the farmer who supplies your meat. Additionally, they have lots of jams, local honey, spices, sauces, soaps, lotions, tea, etc. all Nebraska-made. Head out to support this local veteran/farmer-owned business!
