Boss City Brewing gets its name from the rough past of Sidney when, in the late 1800s, it was considered the toughest town on the tracks. The brewery is inside Sam & Louie’s New York-style pizzeria and Italian restaurant. Come in and enjoy a handcrafted beer with a delicious pizza or classic pasta dish.
