The Highway 20 Kolsch is fantastic, and the Haystack Blonde Ale is nothing to sneeze at either…unless you have allergies. Their number one priority is giving you an amazing beer-drinking experience, so we’d say it’s absolutely worth checking out on a trip to Atkinson.

Whether you’re drinking the Pineapple Express, the NeoPalitan Stout or something else altogether, make sure to pair it with some of the delicious pizza or cheese curds they’re known for.
Stone Hollow Brewing Company – Beatrice
If you like puns, you’ll love this place! They name their products things like “Call Me Big Hoppa” (a double IPA) and “Cranny Smith” (a tart cranberry cider). The ambiance is top-notch too, as they’ve set up shop in Beatrice’s 1880s Mercantile Building!
