Johnson County Museum
Housed in two buildings that were built in the late 1800s, the Johnson County Museum in Tecumseh preserved various moments of the county’s history. The museum features scenes of how the county originated and has a room dedicated to schools, sports and the military on the first floor. The second floor gives a glimpse of the lives of area women and children throughout the years.
Whiskey Run Creek Winery & Distillery
Taste a variety of Nebraska wines in a 110-year-old barn that sits directly above the Whiskey Run Creek in Brownville. Be sure to look at the restored south brick cave that was built in 1866 for storing beer barrels.
